Nick's Pix offers everything you need to get ready to list and market your property. Services include listing photos, walkthrough videos, 2D floorplans, virtual staging, and aerial photography. For an additional fee promotional materials to post on social media, print/digital flyers, and postcards are available as well!

In order to ensure a smooth and timely process for our clients, review the following list before your appointment.

• Please remove all children and pets from the premises before the photographer arrives to ensure everyone's safety and expedient service.

• Please remove any junk or have any last minute cleaning finished before the appointment time. We understand life happens, but in order to deliver at a high standard need to be spending the allotted time capturing, not moving or cleaning.

• If you plan to attend the shoot, please turn lights on and have blinds flat or halfway open. 

• Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time if you plan to be present. This allows for a buffer to get lights on, unsightly objects put away, or any other last minute touches that are needed.

• Please ensure when placing the order you provide access instructions, such as lockbox code or location, if gps has issues finding the property, mention long hidden drives, or any other pertinent details to help us get to the right place and get inside the building.

• Please notify all occupants of the property that photography is scheduled for that day, to cut down on any confusion or complications when the appointment time arrives.

Nick's Pix requires 24 hour notice before cancelling or rescheduling a shoot, or a $100 reshoot fee will be applied to your account. We try to be understanding and accomodate for extenuating circumstances, but also want to be able to plan accordingly and adjust if necessary.

Yes, we can come to you anywhere in the state, just be advised that more than 30 miles from the Blacklick area will incur a travel fee of $50 + 75 cents per mile.

We recommend booking one to two weeks in advance to ensure availability and accommodate any specific requests.

We are happy to assist with small transformations and object removal, however larger or more intricate jobs will incur an additional fee, which will be discussed and estimated before you are billed for it.
